    SYSTEMS

    As a complete solution provider we not only deliver hardware modules and software packages but also integrate these with third-party components into complete functioning turn-key systems, customized for particular customers needs. Our organization incorporates the required expertise and facilities in software, hardware, support and service. This enables us to be largely independent and to take system responsibility if required. To be able to realize projects in the shortest possible time we rely on business partnerships with different kind of     associations and companies; e.g. National Instruments and other COTS suppliers, telecom providers, etc. Also good cooperation with customers and suppliers is a strong advantage and vitally important for the success of projects.


    MANUFACTURING

    Our modern production department is tooled up with equipment for placement of components, soldering, cleaning, mechanical working and assembly. This allows us to handle the production from single piece prototypes up to medium production volumes. Larger production volumes are sub-contracted. The final assembly and production test is always carried out in-house; we take product responsibility.


    INSTALLATION AND SERVICE

    We provide expert on-site installation and commissioning services. Our experience and assured approach ensure minimal disruption to active operation throughout the installation process.

    Throughout systems operational life-cycles we offer a comprehensive range of service programs, from fixed price maintenance contracts to annual service subscriptions. Service and maintenance contracts can be concluded to customers’ requirements up to 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

    By concluding service or maintenance contracts our customers are ensured that knowledge and expertise is kept up to date and available during the operational life-cycle of a system. Furthermore, our after-sales service encompasses:

    Helpdesk

    Our helpdesk facility offers customer telephone support, problem analysis , problem solving and consultation.

    Product training can be offered at our premises or on-site at customer’s location. Depending on customer requirements and needs, training programs can be tailor-made to suit each customer.
